La Quinta By Wyndham Round Rock North Hotel, Round Rock

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was excellent, conveniently close to everything in Round Rock including good restaurants, and the place felt clean and safe. However, the room I got wasn't up to par, with a strong odor of smoke and mold, plus it needed better cleaning. The service was lacking as well, with delays in attending to guests and a concerning incident with the lack of basic first aid. The dining options were basic but sufficient for my needs.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room had lots of roaches and a strange smell, making it difficult to sleep with the constant slamming of the rear entry door. Surprisingly, it was quieter than expected despite a bus full of teenagers staying there. The service was friendly but had some issues, like staff talking on the phone while working. The location was decent but a bit out of the way for me. The dining options were not great, with mainly cereal for breakfast. However, the hotel was close to some restaurants, adding convenience. Overall, it was an average stay with both positives and negatives.

Being at the beginning of the hallway meant it could get noisy with other guests passing by. On the bright side, the room had a nice large garden tub, and the breakfast provided was sufficient.
